Menu Plan Monday

Last weeks freezer baking day was such a huge

help this week!!  If you've never tried this, I highly 

encourage you!  Especially for those working moms!

It was such a delight to come home from work and plop

something healthy in the oven already prepared!

Here is my meal plan for this week...

Monday  Simple Beef Gravy Supper, Mashed Potatoes, and Carrots

Tuesday  Homemade Chicken Pot Pie and Fruit Salad

Wednesday  White Chicken Chili and Homemade Bread

Thursday  Glazed Meatloaf, Ginger and Orange Glazed Carrots, Baked Potatoes

Friday  Crockpot Mac and Cheese (I use whole wheat noodles) with lil' smokies and Fruit Salad

Saturday Chicken and Cheese Quesadillas, Salsa, and Mexican Rice 

Sunday  Hamburgers, Oven Fries, and Fruit Salad
